Rich06FJR1300
someone told me if we tried that here in the states, people would come up with all sorts of excuses not to do it (like being too busy or whatever). hmmmm, then he said the government loves this as they can really do anything they want without any confrontation. Francois_Dumas
Even the Dutch press missed this (on purpose, I bet)! Thanks Rich, I am gonna sign up with the FFMC (riding more than half of my miles in France). THIS is how politics SHOULD be handled! Link to comment

Dave_C
oh boy! Another lane-splitting thread! I love it. Come on all you m/c riders who live in some small to medium size town who never lane split, tell us of the great sin of lane-splitters. L.A. is not Paris, but I am always happy when I can go to an appointment in town on my M/C rather than my car. Link to comment
David13
The beautiful photo is the one with one bike per lane, and the whole road blocked. Why do bikes lane split? Because they can! dc Link to comment
Francois_Dumas
AND because it makes sense...... It saves time for ALL traffic participants, it saves fuel, it saves emissions, it saves space and especially in hot climates, it saves you from dehydration. Link to comment
Penforhire
That protest was awesome! Lane sharing is one of the few things CA law does better than other states in America. Link to comment
