I don’t know if you have seen “young at Heart” a documentary involving 15 people between the ages of 74 and 92 years of age. They put together an amazing show with musicians and sing and perform songs from Hendrix, the Beatles, James Brown, and many more. It’s a very beautiful story full of music, life, death, and regardless of what happens they all keep going. It doesn’t surprise me a bit to see how the joy of music and working with others with a common goal becomes greater and more powerful than the illnesses and such as these great people face. Get the DVD. Hope your this happy when you get old.

Saw a news piece on that group a few years ago.

Indeed. I haven't seen it, but the news piece mentioned that the documentary includes a concert the group gave somewhere. One of acts at the concert was supposed to be a duet by two elderly gentlemen, but one of them died shortly before the show. The remaining partner went on stage and did the song alone: "The Show Must Go On." :(
