A simple introduction and appreciation for this forum. Paperwork is complete on my new 2009 R1200RT black beauty. Picked her up for 16.5. Actually picking her up in a week or two. Anxious doesn't begin...I get brain bubbles just thinking about it. Been lurking on here for a bit...been riding for a good while...all in all I am very proud to join this community, and to finally be living the dream! Which, by the way, used to have a R1200GS in it, but that has since changed. Who knew. Anyhow...hello all! Link to comment
SWB
Welcome! New RT huh? Some of us are jealous and hate you. Just kidding - congrats on the great new bike, and congrats on joining. Great community here. I'm sore some of the folks from your end of town will bring you up to speed on riding events, tech daze, and such. If you end up down in Southern California, though, you'll won't have to ride alone here either. Make sure you update your profile so others on the forum will "know" you a bit better. - Scott Link to comment
