KMG_365
Hello all! Sorry I've been absent so much of late, but wanted to let you know that San Diego BMW Motorcycles will be hosting another of my 1st Responder Training for Motorcyclists classes on Sunday, June 6th at their (still new-ish?) shop in the Kearny Mesa area. I'll post more details when I get caught up as bit more. Class will go from 9:00am to about 3:00pm (depending on class participation, questions, etc.) with a break for lunch provided on site! There will be time for tire kicking, drooling over the new RT (he's got a DEMO! ), coffee and donuts beforehand (about 08:30) and our own EagleMike is working on a kick-ass thresher shark fish taco lunch!!!!!! Gary's limiting it to 100 people this time so contact him with your RSVP ASAP to assure your seat. The last one sold out at ~80 so he's upping it a bit this year as word is spreading. The website is here: www.sdbmwmc.com (click on Events, then April 11th) , email your RSVP to: firstresponder@sdbmwmc.com or phone the shop with questions at: 858-560-BIKE (2453). I hope you never need it, but this training will help you know that you did all you could and very likely be able to better help a fellow rider having a bad day. Link to comment
KMG_365
Due to a few conflicts that have been discovered (including the NorCal meets SoCal in the middle ride and John Herman's Wildcat Canyon escort ride), the class has been rescheduled to June 6th. I hope that more of you all can make it now. I'm still bummed I'm going to have to miss the Meet in the Middle ride. We had SUCH a blast last year and it looks like another fun bunch shaping up. Dang it. Link to comment
