False low fuel indication

I was out riding some backroads today, at a brisk pace, when the low fuel indicator came up on, yellow triangle, no bars under fuel. I had nearly a full tank of gas at the time, and knew it was wrong. After about a minute, it went away, back to normal fuel reading. Has this happened to anyone else? 2006 RT.

I wonder if this part of the fuel strip problem that several folks have seen.
