Bullett
We drove home via Las Vegas. We saw a bunch of vintage cars, trucks and hot rods headed South along I-15, but didn't get any pictures. Many of the cars were being driven, some on trailers, but they were pretty far for the point and shoot to capture. Besides, we were too busy looking and trying to identify the vehicles to take pictures. I thought this shot of the Virgin River out the truck window came out pretty good. Just thought this was kinda ironic. Air pollution reports for Salt Lake City were still bad before the storm blew in, so we decided to spend the night in Hurricane. Unfortunately, Barrista's, the espresso place near our motel didn't open until 11 a.m. Fortunately, MacD's sells espresso now, so we stopped there for breakfast, then hit the road home. It snowed over night. There was a crash near Beaver. And a slushy road. But then the weather seemed to clear up. Hey! We could see the mountains from I-15 as we entered Salt Lake County! Its nice to be able to see the mountains again. It was really nice to get to see old friends, meet new friends and squeeze in a ride in the middle of winter. I know I really needed a "mental health" weekend. Link to comment
TEWKS
Just thought this was kinda ironic. Kind of reminds me of the No Discharge of Firearms signs i've seen riddled with bullet holes. Nice pics thanks! Glad to see Jan back on two wheels again. Pat Link to comment
