Svensk
Took a ride to Max BMW in NH to get a new cruise control switch installed and enjoy some turkey dinner with a few other riders. The parking lot was full by 11:30. Lots of delicious food! Mmmmmm....Pie! Pretty good size crowd. A few unusual rides - This one's a Chinese knock-off! A 650 BSA twin in amazing condition. And this colorful fella with 176k on the odometer! After stripping down my RT they discovered they had the wrong switch in stock. So they put it back together and now I have an excuse to go back again! I just love Thanksgiving! Link to comment
Huzband
That's lots of turkeys. I know a lot of dealers that could take a lesson from this. Link to comment
Kathy R
That sure is a nice dealer arranged get together. Shame on the mechanic for forgetting wrenching 101. Link to comment
Jeepster
Shame on the mechanic for forgetting wrenching 101. Kathy, you forgot wrenching rule #1. "ALWAYS blame the parts department." Link to comment
TEWKS
Had no real good reason to miss it, just plain forgot! Food looked good, bummer about the wrong part though. Thanks for the pics! Pat Link to comment
beemerman2k
Max BMW is a first class operation. Many BMW riders were sad when BMW of Beverly, MA closed their doors, but Max has done a great job of carrying the torch. They have taken things way higher. Great dealership they are in the BMW tradition Link to comment
