Powerlet>Dual Cigar

I need an adapter which plugs into a female powerlet, and has two cigar adaptors. I've been able to find the ones with the 6" cables between the two, but what I'm after is one which is one solid (compact) piece.

 

I know I've seen one somewhere on the internet - would anyone happen to know who carries them, or be able to provide a link?

HOwever I'm looking for one in which the powerlet male and the two cigar females are moulded into one piece of plastic, with no cables.

I can't find a single piece that fills the need, but you could combine Stubby Powerlet with Splitter to accomplish more or less the same thing.
