Newt Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 Had a problem with my Hyperlites due to a connection that came undone after a couple years. I am electronically challenged. I called customer service three times and the guy there talked me through it over the phone. You don't see that as often as you used to.
stubble! Posted May 2, 2009 Posted May 2, 2009 Yep, good folks. They sent me a replacement module over a year after my initial purchase when one bank of lights went out, no questions asked.
travelingman Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 I,ve got a set that I bought at the Charleston rally an just now getting around to installing . Just call me the procrasternating king . Anyhow one of the things that held me back is I was wondering when riding in a group if after awhile it would begin to bother the rider behind you . So I was trying to think of a way to put a switch in to turn it off or see if theres a way to just have it come on steady with out the rapid blinking . I know thats the whole purpose of it . So I guess I should just pose the question have of you guys or gals thats got them had anyone complain about it in a group ride ?
99Roadster Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 If you cut the green wire they will flash about five times and then go steady. I suppose if you put a switch between this connection you could have your choice.
Mark K Posted May 7, 2009 Posted May 7, 2009 Yep, good folks. They sent me a replacement module over a year after my initial purchase when one bank of lights went out, no questions asked. Same here -- they just asked that I return the defective module, which I did. I can't say enough great things about their service!
Paul In Australia Posted May 7, 2009 Posted May 7, 2009 Hi No exactly the opposite. They loved it. As a previous writer indicated, you have the choice of 5 flashes and then solid or all flashing. Mine is all flashing. Lots of people interested because of seeing mine. mate anything to stop the doppy buggers running up your bum. best regards
BeemerLover Posted May 7, 2009 Posted May 7, 2009 Another +1. Had problem, talked to the owner, problem solved. These guys are great and so is the product.
