swfraley
Short story: Took my RT to the dealer for scheduled maintenance two weeks ago. Crappy weather since. Went to pick up my RT today. Came home on a new GS. Can't believe how fun it is. More crappy weather to follow..... Link to comment

JR356
Now head over to www.advrider.com You will now be lost to the world for hours,if not days. Look in G Spot(Big GS section) and equipment. Stay away from Jomomma unless you have thick skin and a flameproof suit. JR356 Link to comment

swfraley
OK, then, here's my first attempt at pics: The bike. Honestly, it's just an orange GS. Not much to photograph. The cases are on order. I haven't ordered a tank bag, yet. I'm open to suggestions. I really like the front view of the GS. It reminds me of this guy: Already, it's had more mud on it than the RT ever had! It's a GS, after all. I was thinking about getting a GoldWing, but I like Starbucks better than DQ Link to comment
swfraley
No, I didn't keep the RT. We'd had a long and beautiful run together, but I couldn't justify having two "Dad" bikes when we need to find another "son" bike! Walking away from the RT was an unexpectedly emotional experience. Sig update pending.... Link to comment
