Password is "49erGold2010" Summary: We have a block of 75 rooms. (lodge has 100 rooms total, with a 30 room Best Western walking distance away (see photos). Block will be held until 16 May 2010. Rooms (the majority of which are double queens) will be $65/night + tax based on double occupancy. $25/night + tax per additional occupant. Camping, in the grassy area in front of the lodge, is $20/night. Campers will have access to the restroom/shower building in the RV campground. If we exceed grassy area capacity, we may be permitted to place tents in the RV area. This is normally not permitted, but has been offered. In any case, the Topaz Lake campground is 2 miles away down a side road which the only traffic is campground and fishermen. We will be comped a room to use as an event information room. A buffet ($17.50/person) is scheduled for Thursday evening 15 July. A lunch/dinner is proposed ($13.99/person) (but not yet decided) for Tuesday late afternoon 13 July. In addition to the lodge, there is a small casino with table games and slots, a bar, a steak house (limited schedule), a buffet (limited schedule), a cafe, a general store, an RV campground, and a Chevron gas station. Each guest will receive a "funbook" each day which will include: $3 coupon for any menu entree or free continental breakfast in the cafe. Free drink at the bar. Table Game / Crap Table match play coupon. 15% off a gift item in the general store. $10 in free slot play. Complimentary desert with a meal in the steakhouse. Link to comment
