drswift Posted January 28, 2009 Share Posted January 28, 2009 After a lot of discussion over hotel and camping issues for a Sonora venue, out team started looking around at alternative sites for the 2010 UN. We've decided that Topaz Lake, on the California/Nevada border, has a lot to offer in terms of accommodations and ride routes. Michael had made several trips to meet with lodging and camping folks, and has gotten some great deals on rooms, camping, and meals. He will be posting more extensive information on the site, accommodations, food and enetertaiment offerings shortly. The location still will afford access to many of the great passes in the northern Sierras, as well as great dirt adventures. We think it will be a hit. Link to comment
