DBeeruk
Two ABS red lights on dash panel were flashing ALTERNATIVELY. I did the ABS reset proceedure: grounded under the seat pluged center wire and held ABS button for 10 secs (did it 3 times). Now i have both red lights flashing AT THE SAME TIME. Does anybody know what 1 sec on, 1 sec off at the same time flashing indicates? Thanks for your advice. Link to comment
KDeline
I am assuming the bike is new to you and you do not know this. O.K. that is the first thing you see when you turn on the key? You need to start it and ride it over 3MPH to do the self check and clear the lights. This is normal and will happen on every start up. Also if I remember correctly, if the bike starts with the key and not the starter button before it can do the self test the lights will blink like that. In other words if you hold the starter button first, then turn the key to start, this will by pass the ABS but this is not an offical way to by pass them, and not meant to be. Link to comment
Boone60
What about the battery you were asked about in your starting issue thread? If it is down on power you can get ABS faults. Link to comment
DBeeruk
You are right. I did not ride the bike before i made a post. After a couple of miles lights did go off. Thanks for your help. Link to comment

If everything is working correctly, the lights should go out after traveling a few yards not a couple of miles. Link to comment
