Gary in Aus
It's now 10:23 Am Christmas day and we have had 5 hours of present opening , a swim in the surf , breakfast and everyone is lying down for a nap in preparation for lunch . Santa didn't bring me a fishing rod but apparently he has told the Good fairy and I am to expect something special for my birthday in January . Scored well with shirts, shorts , undies , boat shoes , new pair of sunnies and 6 good books , but special present was a highly decorated and large tagine from Morocco which I can't wait to use . One of the books I received was the Hairy Bikers Ride Again and it has some tagine recipes from their trip through Morocco , so looking forward to some exotic recipes. Enjoy your Christmas Link to comment
Huzband
That's going to be a hard act to follow. 6:30 pm here, so 12'ish hours and counting. Link to comment
skinny_tom (aka boney)
6:25 pm here. BoneyWife and I are about to head out for our "tradition" of Christmas Eve dinner at the Rutherford Grill. Many years ago we were taking the back roads to my brother's house while avoiding serious traffic and decided to stop for something to eat. We've gone back every 'eve since. Tomorrow holds our "other" Christmas tradition. I'm due at the firehouse. Link to comment
Matts_12GS
Merry Christmas Tom! I hope you have an uneventful day of bitching about being at work instead of having to go out and do anything other than rescuing Christmas kittens from trees! Link to comment
