Helga Posted December 24, 2008 Share Posted December 24, 2008 Help! The LT is apart in the garage and final reassembly is currently in process. What would seem like the easiest part turns out is the most challenting on the 1200LT. There is one bolt that connects 3 bars just below either side of the gas tank that do line up correctly to insert the bolt however the bolt doesn't seem to want to connect with the final bar? Silver Surfer/AKAButters Posted December 24, 2008 Share Posted December 24, 2008 Not sure what you mean, bt it sounds like you need a metal fid (conical rod) to align the holes first or some othe method to winch them in alignment. Link to comment
