AZKomet
Since the Sirius XM merger I have not been able to keep a channel for over 5 min at that time it automatically switches back to the # 1 preview channel. Anyone else having this issue. Of course on the phone for an inordinate amount of time with no freeeeeaaaaking help from CS. Link to comment
Firefight911
Running both Sirius and XM. No issues. Sirius in my Dodge truck. XM on a Roady XT and a Express RC. I'd check connections. Link to comment
StuGotz
Call the 800 number: 1-800-XMRADIO You might have them refresh your receiver, ie reactivate your acct. You'll have to have your acct # or receiver # which you can locate by tuning to channel #0 Sometimes this happens. I have had it happen twice in 5 years.. also check your antenna connection. good luck, MB> Link to comment
