"It will take place in the Northeast and the dates will be August 10-13, 2009. We're putting this out now so that you can start planning to make it to what promises to be another fantastic edition of our annual BMWST.com gathering." and also the 3rd post in the thread... How many days would we be looking at from SLC at semi legal speeds? At legal speeds, you can make NH in three days from SLC. Of course, routing will determine the time needed. A small tour of some of the US enroute could play havoc on an ETA. Avoiding the interstate, your looking at roughly 2600 mi. Link to comment

ltljohn
I've been speculating as to where in NH this will be and looking at routes. So far the longest from home is about 480 miles with no slab involved. Link to comment

How many days would we be looking at from SLC at semi legal speeds? But don't you live in Washington? At the risk of stating the obvious, the time really depends on: 1) whether you want to make time by slabbing it. 2) the miles per day you're comfortable riding? Link to comment

I figure if I start in SLC maybe Twisties & Bullett will tag along. For multiple day trips I like to keep the mileage under 700. A 1000 is not out of the question if the destination is within reach.
