I purchased a Sargent Tank Bag along with the tank bra in 2001 for my RT. This bag is the Swiss Army Knife of tank bags and has a complex mounting system. It zips onto what they call a launch pad and the launch pad snaps onto the bra. This year the stitching holding one of the fastening straps to the launch pad failed after 4 years of use.

 

I called Sargent to see if I could send it back to them for repair. They sent me a replacement launch pad at no cost. I received the replacement about 3 days after our conversation.

 

So here's a hearty "Thumbs UP" to Sargent Cycle Products for going above and beyond the call of duty.
