Autocomm install

I was just going to have my dealer install the autocom before delivery, they want about $300 to do it. Is this similar to what some of you have paid to have them do it?

 

I'd do it myself but summer isn't long in Seattle and frankly these days, I want to ride on the weekend instead of wrench.

To do the whole works - including integrating the BMW Radio/CD took about 3 hours at the Autocom Factory in the UK - and they had done 3 previous installations. A dealer doing it for the first time might take longer.

Depending on what all they're installing (GPS integration? Music? Helmet fitting? etc.) doesn't seem too out of line.
