Wheels Rollin' Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Tony Snow has passed away... Tony Snow Obituary I met him once several years ago... He was, as the saying goes, '... the real deal...' in all ways -- cordial, attentive, witty... And, in spite of the toxic nature of the world in which he opertated professionally, he remained a gentleman throughout his career... An' that? Well, that's no small feat these days <>... May he forever rest in peace... ~ Bill P.S. Over 50? Get your colon checked -- regularly...
Whip Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 That sucks!!!! He was so up beat and positive about his treatment. In the last interview I saw he said he was in remission??? The world has lost a great person. RIP
HappyMan Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Holy crap! I thought he was in remission. He will be missed.
upflying Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Tony was a man I admired. His legacy, values, morals and ideas will live on with others.
Joel Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 P.S. Over 50? Get your colon checked -- regularly... +1. Cancer is unpredictable, but if colon cancer is detected early, survival rates can be very good. Under 50 with a family history of colon cancer? Get it checked. I lost my Dad to colon cancer, so I got scoped earlier this year at age 45. The peace of mind is priceless.
WURTY Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 He was always interesting to listen to when he had his radio show. America will miss him.
