Cigarette lighter style to BMW 12 vdc adaptor?

I noticed the BMW 12RT has a proprietary power outlet in the fairing. Surely there are adapters available so one can use a regular cigarette style male connector?

 

Makes me wonder what BMW thought an owner would connect to their plug? I guess there must be lots of BMW accessories that connect there?
