Suspesion Adjustment on an ST

Looking for guidance or tips on how to adjust the front shock on a 2005 R1200ST.

The bike has Wilbers and I can see the adjustment collars but can not seem to get a spanner on them.

Do not want to remove the shock to adjust - seems excessive to do that.

Any help here would be appreaciated.
