I left a voice message but he has yet to return my call. I guess customer satisfaction is not a top priority? He may have had a different attitude if he would have been on the bike? Link to comment

Maybe another call-back to the owner in which you leave a message that you'll be contacting his liability insurance company to report this incident will get his attention. I'll bet his insurance carrier would greatly appreciate knowing the risk they are taking and I'll also bet the owner will quickly appreciate the value in not having that happen. Link to comment
