i received this letter in the mail to call a number in Tampa, FLA for this survey for motorcycle riders. So i took it as they're giving you 50 bucks when you complete it. Seemed to be BMW related...asking what bikes did you consider when i purchased the FJR (compared with the R1200RT, GT and the FJR) and what were your reasons. One question struck me though...would you consider a 6 cylinder bike if it met certain requirements (like engine was the size of a 4 cylinder, engine was covered by panels...something like that and obviously price). So i said i'd be interested in that, even though it may not be true. But in any event, this gives reason why that concept K1200GTL bike is floating around possibly as they're trying to see if there will be an interest here in the states.
