Fightingpiper
I had the day off today and we had a heat wave today of 40 degrees so I took advantage of it. I have a very small single car garage and a long narrow driveway. It is a PITA to get the bike out of the garage and turned around so I made this little baby up. Link 1 Link 2 Link 3 Its made with a Lazy-susan bearings from Lowes and a Martha Stewart cutting board from Kmart. For a $10 investment I am able to drive my bike in the garage, place it on the center stand and then swing it around in place so its pointed out the door for the next trip. I was gonna use a metal plate but couldn't find one. Glad I came up with this as its much lighter than steel and it comes with its own built in handle to hang up when not in use. Next I wanted to mount my radar detector and Video camera on but couldn't justify spending $100 plus dollars on prebuilt accessory shelves so I tried to make my own. Link 1 Link 2 Link 3 I have about $10 worth of material in it. Used my Jigsaw to cut everything out and my bench grinder to smooth and round corners. Not the prettiest but I have seen worse. T__
Apparently his Comcast account doesn’t allow hot linking but if you want to copy & paste these URL’s into your browser you can probably view them.. You can't just click on them but need to copy & paste into your search box.. Maybe some of you will be able to just click on them NOW.. http://home.comcast.net/~jeffreytreml/martha1.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~jeffreytreml/martha2.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~jeffreytreml/martha3.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~jeffreytreml/shelf1.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~jeffreytreml/shelf2.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~jeffreytreml/shelf3.jpg Twisty Link to comment

tomk99r11
It must be AOL but I cannot get the links to come up, takes forever and then nothing appears. Thx for trying though. I intend to make this device soon, should be a real cheap way to do something easier than my current method. Link to comment
Fightingpiper
Hopefully I found an old site that will host these correctly.....I am starting to dislike comcast. Link to comment
tomk99r11
Thx for your diligence. Dolly looks as I envisioned. Will make a couple up to help me better use my garage space. God forbid I spent time to clean the mess first instead. Link to comment
TNT
Yep, I like the Lazy-Susan! I have been using an old metal Yield sing for years. I will now make the Lazy-Susan. I just may try the shelf on my 1150RT as well. Thanks for posting the pic's. Richard Link to comment
