Michael_T
Can anyone explain why the 1100X lights seem to be more preferred than the 1200s? Is it the space/size limitations of mounting under the oil cooler on the RT? thx Michael Link to comment
Stan Walker
Higher output power. Shiny. That being said, both of my RT's have 1200's mounted on them. But not under the oil cooler, mouted where the BMW Roundels used to be. I like the black look better on my blue RT's. And I've never had to replace a bulb (but I only use them at night). Michael_T
Thx, for the reply. Will they not fit under the oil cooler or was your choice of location just peference? Link to comment
Stan Walker
Will they not fit under the oil cooler or was your choice of location just peference? Cheap. No bracket needed. Actually I did the '96 RT before anyone was making a bracket. When I did the '02, I wanted it to match. Stan Link to comment
