MattP Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Here's a quick one for you: I have noticed that I will occasionally get a very rapid turn signal flash indicator. Both sides. I figured that a lamp contact was bad, or a lamp was failing...kind of put it on the back burner. Well, riding home last night I noticed the indicator light flashing fast as I was making a turn, and I was able to quickly check the reflection off the pavement and see that both the front and rear signals were both operating, just at about 3x the normal flash rate. Hmmmmm, has me stumped. Thanks for the input!
Ken H. Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Two possibilities come to mind: There is too high of resistance in the turn circuit somewhere. Usually the socket contacts. Or the flasher unit itself is bad.
