Switz Posted October 17, 2007 Share Posted October 17, 2007 Monday night I returned home (the East edge of the Phoenix sprawl) from a weekend trip to San Antonio. The odometer read 5,756 miles on the bike (new in service date 25 Sep). It was running pretty well, just a little rough at some rpm ranges. We did get about six hours of 4,250RPM through Texas. Tuesdy morning I hopped on for a ride to the dealer for a 6k service and to get a replacement head light bulb. Overnight, the engine Pixie must have flown by the garage and sprinkled new engine dust over the bike. The motor was smooth through out the power band There was virtually no handle bar vibration at normal road speeds. Wow! Link to comment
