p_interceptor Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I went by my BMW dealer the other day with the intentions of trading my 2005 R1200RT in on a new 2008 RT. When I approached the owner Dusty Miller and told him I wanted to trade, his first statement was “why would you want to do that” there basically the same bike and there’s not a thing wrong with the one you have. The only explanation I can off for my irrational behavior is, to me motorcycles are like beautiful women, the minute you have one all the others look that much better. I bought a new pair of boots and left. Thanks Dusty http://www.millerbmwmotorcycles.com/

wsearl Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 As a 2005 RT owner - I really like this story!
Quinn Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I get the married man's edition of Playboy. It has the same centerfold every month.

Now that's the sort of guy you want to buy a motorcycle from. By the way, so that they get appropriate recognition, Miller is in Tallahassee, FL.
ully211 Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 I wish my BMW dealer in Virginia Beach had folks like him working there ... that's a great way to run a business.
