KER Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 Since i ride year round i ride a lot in the rain, and since my shoei LE 3/4 helmet doesn't have a visor it kinda sucks. I was looking at getting a full face flip up for winter riding. I'm specifically looking at just this helmet because its offered as a LE helmet, and setup for a head set. So, is this a decent helmet or should i stick with my current 3/4 and just deal with the rain?
Ben_Ricci Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 I really like mine. I can only compare it to my X-11 and it's generally every bit as nice. Very comfortable. The Multitech chinbar is a little higher than the X-11, which obscures some of the sightline (looking down). It vents well and is relatively quiet despite having the hinging mechanism. I think it might be more quiet than the X-11 (not sure). It's a well made helmet with excellent fit and finish. I'd definitely buy another one.

Dave McReynolds Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 The multitec is my favorite helmet so far. But that's because it fits my head so well. Make sure you try one on before you buy it.
