LanceJFerraro Posted August 15, 2007 Share Posted August 15, 2007 I put them in my 1100GS, improved idle and nearly eliminated that burbling popping on coast-down. It also used to have slightly detectable surging, which I cannot detect now. The plugs I replaced were Bosch two electrode plugs. I've used multiple electrodes for many years and I think they interfere with ignition and flame front propagation, which doesn't matter in my Toyota Tercel-a decidedly low performance engine-for their longevity, but on high performance engines I think they just get in the way.
