BailyD
Anybody know where to get the additional handlebar mirrors for the R1200RT? http://www.namoa.org/reference-motorcycle-setups.cfm?a=scso Link to comment
Granrat
Yes at the Hammersley BMW. They are best price. The R1200RS for yr 2002 is what you want for a R1200RT Joe Link to comment
Redbrick
GS mirrors...Local BMW dealer... Phil.......Redbrick Link to comment
outpost22
If you go with GS mirrors, they may interfere with "lock to lock" on your handlebars and the windshield. I put some on my RT and they don't really become a problem except at slow speed with the shield all the way down. They also sell "bar end" mirrors. Before you spend big $, try Beemer Bone Yard. Thats where I got mine! Link to comment
BailyD
Thanks for your help. I am using a R1200RT-P and the control pods are a little bit different. I'll take a closer look. Thanks Link to comment

No interference problem with the 1200RT and a stock windshield using a GS mirror....Mirror doesn't hit or come close to anything.... Phil......Redbrick Link to comment
99Roadster
Phil, Do you know what model year the GS mirrors are from? Thanks. Link to comment
Redbrick
Hang on, I'll look up my receipt and try to get the part number.... BTW......I have only the left one and it's great....I still use the stock mirrors, of course, but always my first choice is the add-on...A bigger field of view and no obstructions....Wouldn't be without it... Redbrick
Can't find receipt with part numbers but take a look at this thread: http://bmwsporttouring.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/848205/page/0/fpart/1/vc/1 Phil.......Redbrick Link to comment
Rocket_Cowboy
I ordered mirrors using the part numbers I think either lawman or limecreek provided in another thread. Basically, the oval mirrors on a single stalk. They should hopefully be in by the time I get back from California, so I'll have something to shoot pictures of. Link to comment

I bought mine from Max BMH in New Hampshire. I ordered RH & LH GS mirrors from the 1150. Funny thing is there is no difference between them. Just spin the mirror on the stalk for either side.
