Zumo 550 question

NO, I haven't bought one! GPS *&^%$

 

I have a guest who has one and we can't find a way to display a full 'stats' page, things like miles to go, altitude, position etc. It has speed and a couple of other things but not the full set on a permanently displayed page.

There is a software update that will give you a screen with altitude, heading in degrees and a few other things. You can get the update at garmin.com. There is a load of info on the Zumo Here

Touch the banner at the top. This will give you turn-by-turn instructions. Then, go to "Show Map" this will show distance from destination.

This assumes there is an active route.

 

Selecting the third button down (the one with the square) will cycle through; Compass with Speed, Distance from next turn and time from next turn. Select, "More" and Elevation is displayed.

Thanks for the info on the update, we'll try that. He knows he can get the info by paging through but wants as much as possible available on one screen.
