steamtrain
Has anybody had experience with laminar lips attached to their standard windshield. They are reported to be very good at reducing wind noise and turbulence. At the moment I have to wear ear plugs to reduce noise and potential hearing loss. Link to comment
don wescott
Had one on my 04 Gt. worked very well. could easily ride at 160 kms/hr with faceshield up and get very little noise. I would still wear ear plugs at all times, even with good shielding, the potential for hearing loss and tinnitus is too great. Link to comment
jmseattle
I put one on my '04 GT last year and it works well. Still get some buffeting at top of helmet but it's much improved. Was skeptical of the mounting as I thought the hook and loop, even heavy duty as it was, would eventually fail at higher speeds but it's still going strong 10K miles later Link to comment
