Kroref Posted June 30, 2007 Share Posted June 30, 2007 I just came across a Gizmomill LED brake light assy for my RT but don't have the install instructions. There are 3 terminals (grd,brake & power) a white lead ,a blue lead and 2 (two position dip switches). Anyone have one of these installed and still have the paperwork or could explain the proper hook up? Thanks Lynn Link to comment
Bill_Walker Posted June 30, 2007 Share Posted June 30, 2007 Hmm. I can't find my paperwork. If memory serves, the switches select the flash pattern. You pull the + lead off the taillight and connect it to the Brake! LED, and then one of the leads from the Brake! LED attaches to the terminal on the taillight. This is how the Brake! gets constant power. Perhaps the gender of the connectors will tell you which one is which. If nobody else has posted by tomorrow, and you're still stuck, I'll pull my taillight and see what goes where. Link to comment
