pickersgill1
Worth watching free video clips, only thing you do not have is roundabouts! But road position should be the same. http://www.mikewaite.co.uk/video/free-video-extracts/views-high/ Link to comment
kcscout
I'm afraid if I did what they suggest on this side of the pond I'd end up in a head-on. Interesting to think about though. Thanks. Link to comment
Quinn
I watched several of the clips. He seems to be saying to accellerate before entering the blind turns as opposed to waiting until you can see your way out before cranking it on. Am I missing something? Link to comment
hootowl
, only thing you do not have is roundabouts! Beg to differ. We have more than a dozen where I live. Link to comment
Mark P
I watched several of the clips. He seems to be saying to accellerate before entering the blind turns as opposed to waiting until you can see your way out before cranking it on. Am I missing something? He does seem to be saying that doesn't he? I think however that it's badly scripted and he is referring to accelerating once the view through the bend opens up, rather than before entering the bend. MotorinLA
Apparently it is okay to drink on the job when you paint road markings in the UK, check out those squiggly lines! Link to comment
pickersgill1
Haha wondered what you were on about. These are zig zag lines at either side of pedestrian crossing, where stopping for any reason is not allowed to give clear view of crossing. It's raised a smile & got people talking Link to comment
AllanCook
Those are great clips. I don't know of anything that good in the U.S. Link to comment
