Davey
I have an 800S but I know that the R12RTs also have the tire pressure control. In the past on my RT, RS, and R, I have taken the wheels off and bought tires over the internet and had the local Honda dealer mount the tires. Do I need to worry about them messing the tire pressure control up? If I thought they would, I would just go to the BMW dealer although the tires and mounting would cost a lot more. Thanks. LuckyLeif
As long as no one hits the TPM unit inside the wheel perimeter with a tire iron, I don't see any problem. I'd be sure to mention to the mechanic that you have a pressure monitor in the wheel. Link to comment
