Sooooo... you have several options, but unfortunately all of them involve using Windows at one point or another. Buy a cheap wintel box (really doesn't need to be new) buy a license for Windows and use bootcamp or Parallels if you have an Intel based Mac and run it there. borrow a friend's or work's Windows computer and print out the things you need.
