Woodie Posted May 22, 2007 Share Posted May 22, 2007 Well...when I installed the Kugler Klamps on mine... His instructions use a M5 x 8mm, which is tapped into the hinge. So, you'll need something a little smaller. Which makes sense, since he includes M4 which go through the hinges, and into the saddlebags to fasten there. M4x16mm for the city cases, and M4x20mm for the touring and extra-large. BTW, I highly recommend his system. Pretty easy to install (once you get the rivets out!), and makes switching lids very easy.
