maxfrankel
On my '06 R12RT, under the seat, and coming from the taillight access area are two capped connectors that are not attached to anything. One is sort of oval, the other has a long pointed cap over the contacts. Can anyone tell me what these are for? Link to comment
Mike T
You should have one for the rear accessory socket availble if you decide to install one. This is located toward the back with two wires one of them green/red. My bike also has two connectors for the heated seats (Riders and Passengers). Could be those also. Link to comment

The long narrower one is probably for second accessory socket. I suspect the wiring harnesses for the bikes are all the same; it's just a matter of what options finally get added to the bike.
