Experience with Vendramini boots?

After 2 1/2 yrs. of great service, my Joe Rocket boots are giving up. While in Tx. last weekend, the seams started to fail, allowing LOTS of C-C-COLD water in. Not fun. I suppose for 160 bucks, 2+ yrs. ain't bad.

 

But this time around, I'd rather pay more for a higher quality boot,& I expect it to last at least five years, hopefully longer.

 

These look good for the riding I'll be doing. Scroll down to the Capetown, & give me your opinion.

 

I'm open to other suggestions, but keep in mind, they'll have to withstand the rigors of off-road duty.
