Phazer 2

I keep hearing commercials for the Phazer 2 as a scrambler and a detector. Any reviews on this?

 

I am more inclined to get something that emits and detects rather just something that let's me know I have been laser'd. I understand the V1 is the best detector, but I am curious about using something that also jams.

 

2nd ticket in exactly one year has me looking for a solution other than the obvious solution of selling the bike and car and getting a 50cc moped. Wisconsin's second form of taxation is getting costly.
