hrk123 Posted March 21, 2007 Share Posted March 21, 2007 On a 02 1150RT, I wanted to install the rear flashing hyper lites on the rear rack, mounting them to the underside of the rack and then routing the wires down the rack support tubes and into the tail lamp housing. NoHeat Posted March 21, 2007 Share Posted March 21, 2007 No, but my thought is to make sure that you mount them on a surface that is nearly horizontal. The LEDs appear to be bright because they are highly directional. Highly directional means that if they point just a few degrees too much upward or downward they won't be seen by drivers behind you.
