Need mapping software help

I never got around to installing mapsource or streets and trips onto my laptop and I want to get a distance estimate to settle an argument here at work. Could someone give me a rough mileage estimate for an all motorway route between London and Moscow? None of the online mapping packages seem to want to do it.
