cali_beemer
If you go to froogle and search for prices on the Zumo 550 there is one place selling for 599. I clicked ont he link and it seems like a real store. No tax and free shipping but the only payment term is money order. Is this another one of those scams but with a storelike appearance or has anyone actually used this seller? Link to comment
dls
I would suggest never buying anything on the internet with anything other than a credit card unless you know the person or place. There is little recourse. If they don't take credit cards they probably aren't a real store. Link to comment
rogera
+1 on what David said. Never send money. Link to comment
bobbybob
Money order is like mailing cash--NEVER do that. What if he says he never rec'd. your order? It was "lost" in the mail? You have no proof or recourse--you're just out the $$$ ! Link to comment
tallman
Tell 'em to send the product and a SASE. When you get it you'll mail the money order. Link to comment
loujack
Ditto...ditto...and ditto... "if it sounds too good to be true..." That smells of a scam. Move on and find a more established business. I picked up a zumo 550 for 659.00 by buying through froogle. You may want to give them a try. Link to comment
