Jerry_75_Guy Posted March 5, 2007 Share Posted March 5, 2007 I think that depends, generally I've heard helmet manufacturers say ~5yrs, give or take, claiming that the crash foam in the helmet (not the soft stuff in the fabric around your ears etc.) starts to break down and lose some of it's protective qualities. Check their websites, they may have something, plus, I'm sure others here with more knowledge than I will chime in shortly. Link to comment
