eddd
As I posted in the past, I've never used a tankbag. I can see where it would be useful for carrying certain items, and especially the map cover. With that in mind, any suggestions on a small (I need very little vertical space) reasonably priced bag. I really don't want to spend much since I may find I don't like using one, and I already have enough unused "treasures" in the garage. Link to comment
Kinsley
I don't know what price you have in mind, but you may want to look into the Big Mac Diamond Space Case. Link to comment
tallman
+1 Easy fill ups, carrys enough. Cheap? Not really. Worth it ? Yes. Tourmaster makes a 12L bag that is about $40-60 and works well. But it's a dance every time you gas up. Link to comment
eddd
I like the size tallman, not real fond of the mount (and I'm sure I would like the price). I haven't had a tank bag in 40 years of motorcycles, I'm just not ready to spend too much for something I might not use anyway. I'll look into the Tourmaster bag. Thanks. Link to comment

JR356
Hi, Tourmaster Cortech mini tankbag, either strap or magnetic styles available. Your local bike shops probably even have them in stock. Having said that,I agree with the above posters,RKA and Rev Pack both make great bags, have owned them both, for years JR356 Link to comment
tallman
You'll use it. Aspirin Bifocals Candy Disc lock EZ-Pass Flashlight Gloves Hat Insurance info Jerky Kleenex Lighter Map Neck gaiter Opener Plexxus Q tips Rain cover Side stand enlarger Throttle rocker Undies Vise grip Wire Xtra fuses Y connector Zip ties Just a few of the possibilities. If'n you don't, it'll sell on this board rather quickly, and you'll regret it sooner, rather than later. Link to comment

Bill_Walker
I've been a big fan of Marsee tankbags, though I've never used any of their new ones with hard plastic tops. Lots of sizes. Their Corona mount is neat, but expensive. I use a large teardrop strap mount on my RT. For fueling, I just unsnap the rear buckles and flip it up like a Big Mak. I also have one of their Rocket Pocket bags that I use with a magnetic mount on my V-Strom. Link to comment
