Kurt Snyder
It warmed up to 12 degrees in Vermont this morning. The sun was shining so I went for a ride. It was actually nice to be on the bike. Now I'm going to take a hot shower to get the feeling back in my extremities. Kurt Link to comment
Lone_RT_rider
I remember rides like that when I lived in MI. It does the soul good after a couple of months of not riding. Glad you had a good time, now stay warm! Shawn Link to comment
Albert
Good point Shawn. I've always found that there's this paradoxical "upside" to a long crappy winter. Those first rides in spring are almost like reliving a first date (only without the zits). That said, I'd still rather ride all year. Link to comment
GaryBrod
It was a balmy 14 degrees this morning and the roads were dry, so I rode the bike to work. Up to 32 now, so the ride home will be much better! Link to comment
sjn7708
have u seen the rounders website? Its for crazies who ride year round. My central Il winters arent as snowy but do get mighty cold. I was out riding in 20 degree weather once, and saw a guy riding a HD- without a helmet- in 20 degree weather. I'm not sure if he "got it" or not. Link to comment
