When things go right, buying from the low cost provider is good business. But when they go wrong...how does your service stack up? I bought a Garmin c550 from Amazon.com on the 17th, it was delivered on the 19th, they were not the low cost seller but I like doing business with them. It stopped working today and I sent them an email at 1:30pm. At 5:30pm I got an email saying they will ship a replacement tomorrow which I will have on Monday and I have 30 days to return the defective device and they will credit me for the return shipping!! Priceless.
