Elmo Posted January 23, 2007 Share Posted January 23, 2007 While installing my new Bracket IV from GadgetGuy on my RT, I noticed the holes in the T-bracker did not align as advertised and would require drilling new holes in the dash. Emailed the GadgetGuy with notes and photos asking for his suggestion. 20 minutes later he CALLS me, apologizes for the inconvenience and says he will be shipping me a new T-bracket in the morning, no questions asked! The GadgetGuy set a new standard of customer service for me and highly recommend doing business with him!! I have not personal interest in this business, yada, yada. Link to comment
